• By submitting content, you affirm you have full rights to use and distribute the material and grant ComeOutToThePhilippines.com permission to create derivative works (Shorts) on your behalf.
   

• Long-form editing, audits, optimization, and branding services are available upon request and quoted separately.
   
• Turnaround time and pricing vary depending on project complexity.
   

ComeOutToThePhilippines.com operates with a mission-first model, directing 100% of net profits to verified outreach programs.

“Net profits” include revenue after deductions for:

• Travel and transportation
   
• Equipment and supplies
   
• Admission and permit fees

• Your name or channel may be featured in slow-roll credits or dedicated visual frames in outreach videos.

• If you prefer to remain anonymous, you may request this in writing.
   

• No refunds are offered once Shorts have been delivered or post-production has begun.
   
• Subscription plans can be canceled with 3 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
   
• Invalid or non-functional video URLs will pause your order until corrected.
   

• Shorts created by ComeOutToThePhilippines.com are owned by you.
   
• You may publish and distribute them freely.
   
• Reselling or sublicensing our services or materials without permission is prohibited.
   
• Misuse of our platform (hate speech, deception, misinformation) may result in termination.

You may suggest a community project, and if approved, net proceeds from associated Shorts may support:

• You directly (as the project lead)
